My Baby Cooked Dinner  



 

After my little surprise brunch for Cheok , he decided to surprise me with dinner. This is his second time cooking for me in the almost 4 years we have been together. It is quite amusing.

I called him when I was on my way home because I was getting home earlier than expected. I think that threw everything out the window for him, and he had to speed dinner prep up! Hahahahahaha

He made a teriyakki steak marinated in beer, and he tried to make fancy plate design like they do in the fancy restaurants. That I found really cute and amusing. There was no veggie or potatoes but you know what? The effort came from the heart, and it was tastier than any meal I have eaten at one of those fancy restaurants.

After dinner, we had a very nice heart to heart chat about us, our plans etc. It was a wonderful evening….and one that I will remember for a long time to come…

How sweet of him! The mustard sauce around the plate is very cute. The effort he made is worth more than anything.

Hee. When I looked at the picture it looks like an I "heart" you.

I, in the centre, small and the U around the meat and the heart-shape from the steak. Very pretty!
