Hay Hay Donna Hay Tag  
It has been a while since I have organised a recipe tag.  Click here for an example of a recipe tag I organised ages ago.

So here's the latest tag!  :)  Featuring Donna Hay, a aussie cook who specialises in minimalistic and simple recipes.  My first cookbook I purchased was by her titled "Modern Classic, Vol 1" and it kick started my interest in cooking.  Every recipe i tried in that cookbook was wonderful!  With my confidence boosted i have tried other authors.  

So this tag is simple, by the end of March, if you are interested in taking part in this tag, you just have to try out one of Donna Hay's recipes, post an entry on it, and share your experience.  From whipping it up to the end result, what you would do differently etc.  

By sharing our thoughts and experience, our recipe database increases and we can learn from one another.  

Here's the details:

By end of March, show of hands who is keen.
Entries to be posted by 14 April.
I will post links to all who took part in the tag on 15 April (according to people who comment here that they are keen)

I love trying new recipes. I have tons of cookbooks but no Donna Hay. I'm sure I can either find one of her recipes online or find one of her cookbooks at the library. This sounds like fun.

Do you mind if I add you to my friend's list? I browsed through some of your latest entries and all of your dishes are making me very hungry.

think i've a donna hay book left around by my cook buddy. will definitely try!! =)

if you click on my baking recipes on the side bar, the two other tags were name it whatever you want muffins and nutella cookies :)

I'm in. I have 4 or 5 of her cookbooks and they are brilliant. She has a semi-regular radio time slot too, which I catch sometimes.
